Delivery time
The delivery time for items is usually 2 to 5 working days from receipt of payment.
Shipping item
Due to their size or weight, some items are sent by courier. A delivery date will be coordinated with you by the forwarding agent.
Delivery time information
The exact delivery time for your order will be shown to you in the shopping cart when you place an online order and will be communicated to you personally by our employees when you place an order by telephone. If you gave us your e-mail address when you placed your order, we will also send you an order confirmation in which you will once again receive confirmation of the delivery time. The items ordered will be packed by us as quickly as possible and handed over to our logistics partner ready for dispatch. Please note that we have no influence on delays caused by our logistics partner.
